Cal Poly Fruit Science is a direct result of the Agricultural and Environmental Plant Sciences (AEPS) concentration at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. The food produced through the department then in turn goes straight to SLO locals and around the county, and these beef tomatoes are no exception!
